Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze stakeholders and develop stakeholders management and communication plans

• Gathering the functional and non-functional requirements using different requirements gathering techniques.

• Define business value chain and capabilities model.

• Define business service catalogue.

• Define Customer profiles and design Customer Journeys

• Develop business current and target state business architecture documents

• Capturing and modeling the business processes using BPMN.

• Defining business gaps and business-related projects and budgets.

• Assessing the governmental entities maturity towards QIYAS requirements and identify the gaps.

• Supporting the governmental entities to fully comply with QIYAS requirements and identify. innovation cases

• Support defining Business Requirements Definition for applications and solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or science or any related discipline.

• TOGAF (9 or later) Certification is must.

• CBAP or CBA Certifications is a must.

• Experience with EA Tools.

• Has NORA and Saudi digital transformation Qiyas.

• Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
