Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of business processes and solutions to identify areas of improvement.
- Identification of requirements based on analysis and solicitation of end-user feedback.
- Analysis of third-party vendors and products to improve the technology portfolio.
- Working with the Solution Architect to create solution designs, processes, and
- associated software configurations to achieve business goals.
- Identification of support requirements including the provision of end-user training.
- Solution verification including validation of process and software modifications.
- Documentation of existing business processes and maintenance of process documents.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Business Analysis and/or Architecture roles.
- Proficiency in analysis, process design, and requirements capture.
- Knowledge of quality control and solution acceptance techniques.
- Ability to work within an Agile environment.
- Understanding of requirements when working with financial services clients.
- Experience in the formation of new teams is advantageous but not essential.
Technical and Personal Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tools to capture user interaction, screen flows and screen design.
- Tools and diagramming techniques to capture process flows and solution designs.
- Requirements capture using various techniques, including Use Cases.
- Presentational skills in support of documentation and end-user training.
