• Creation of deliverables including but not limited to:
• user guides,
• user acceptance testing scenarios
• frequently asked questions
• design and build handover documentation,
• facilitating user acceptance testing documentation, etc.
• Work with their team members daily to improve their speed of delivery and resolve any issues that might arise. Building strong relationships and channels of communication with other team members is required.
• Analyze all technical debt items and create stories to address technical debt including a clear understanding of service flow.
• Support understanding of stream stories and create remaining tech debt stories. Test business flow implementation.
• Actively help the team to become self-organized and support them in aligning to the 12 principles of agile.
• Display strong communication skills and be comfortable in dealing with conflict resolution to facilitate continuous improvement and empowerment.
• Manage dependencies mitigate them and support the team to accomplish sprint goals.
• Collaborate effectively with Scrum Leads to follow standards and best practices.
• Accurate reporting to the management depicting the true picture and resolving impediments daily.
• Deliver stories into JIRA, aligning to a standard breakdown of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs Deliver well-defined tickets, clearly written, properly estimated, and include all relevant artifacts required for the Squad to deliver against.
