Responsibilities:
Reports to Commercial Director
1. MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and emerging
trends within the real estate developments, large villa compounds, and hotels segments.
Analyze market dynamics, competition, and customer preferences to develop informed
strategies.
2. CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:
Identify and target potential clients, including real estate developers, large villa
compound owners, and hotel operators.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective
communication and trust-building.
3. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND LEAD GENERATION:
Proactively seek out and qualify project leads and opportunities that align with the
4. STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for projects
within the specified sectors.
Create compelling project proposals, presentations, and solutions to address client
requirements.
5. NEGOTIATION AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Oversee the contract management process, ensuring compliance with company policies
and legal standards.
6. PROJECT COORDINATION:
Liaise between clients and the internal project teams to ensure smooth project
execution.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to meet or exceed client expectations.
7. SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:
Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals, regularly reporting progress to senior
management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
8. NETWORKING AND INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT:
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network
and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain a strong presence and reputation within the real estate and hospitality sectors.
9. MARKET FEEDBACK AND REPORTING:
Gather and provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor
activities to refine the company's offerings.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Skills Required
1. Proven experience in business development, particularly in the real estate and hospitality
sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of interior design and fit-out services.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
6. Familiarity with project management concepts and processes.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
