Building Services Engineering

Description:

As Discipline Lead, you will take the lead in designing and implementing advanced systems, including water and drainage systems, hot water systems, fire life safety (FLS) design, and distribution systems. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the design integration of Public Health and Fire Protection Engineering systems for a wide range of building projects, including high-rise, commercial, residential, retail, healthcare, industrial, and refurbishment sectors.

Key Qualifications:
- 15 years’ experience, and Middle East experience is a must.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Chartered membership (e.g., CIBSE, MIET, ASHRAE) with a globally -recognised professional body.
- Proven track record in designing building services for diverse sectors, including high-rise buildings, healthcare, commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Deep knowledge of local regulations and submission requirements for projects across the Middle East, particularly in the UAE and KSA.
