🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Policies, Processes & Operations:

Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to maintain consistent work standards.
Support day-to-day operations for the BT PMO function, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Project Planning & Management:

Develop and implement BT project plans, including resourcing, scheduling, deliverables, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project requirements, timelines, and targets.
Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and escalating complex challenges as needed.
Ensure deliverables meet User Acceptance Testing (UAT), security, and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity.

Reporting & Safety:
Prepare and deliver progress reports in alignment with company standards.
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental policies for a secure and compliant work environment.

🔎 Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in banking BT systems and project management tools (e.g., PMP,Prince 2).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Expertise in planning, organizing, and achieving results.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (post-graduate preferred).
Certifications: PMP, PMI, or Prince 2.

Experience:
4-6 years in BT support with at least 3 years in project management (banking environment preferred).
