Botany Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Botany Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. As part of our environmental consulting office, you will contribute to projects focused on environmental assessments, biodiversity studies, and sustainable land management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys to identify and document plant species.

• Analyze vegetation data to assess environmental impact.

• Prepare reports on biodiversity, habitat restoration, and conservation plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on environmental projects.

• Provide guidance on native plant species for ecological projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in plant identification and vegetation analysis.

• Knowledge of the flora of Saudi Arabia is a plus.

• Familiarity with GIS tools and ecological modeling software is preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
