Description:
Key Responsibilities for BIM Modeler:
- Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate representation of design intent and construction feasibility.
- Extract and manage quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Ensure adherence to Red Sea Global BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Conduct model audits, and quality control checks, and implement updates as necessary.
- Assist in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support for design and construction teams.
- Maintain an organized BIM documentation system, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and project-specific guidelines.
- Work closely with the fit-out and interior design teams to ensure high-end quality and luxury standards expected for the Four Seasons project.
Qualifications & Experience for BIM Modeler:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in luxury fit-out, hospitality, or high-end interior projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo (preferred).
- Strong understanding of BIM Level 2 & ISO 19650 standards.
- Experience in MEP coordination and clash detection resolution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end construction environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Red Sea Global sustainability and digital construction protocols.
- Experience with point cloud modelling and scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with luxury fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
