Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bidding Producer located in Saudi Arabia. As a Bidding Producer at electriclime°, you will manage the bidding process from conceptualisation through finalisation, including budgeting, proposals, and project timelines. Duties will include;
- Proactively growing the network, developing new channels of business engaging client prospects in KSA working closely with the team in Dubai.
- Meeting with prospective clients on a regular basis
- Building the Director roster across various genres, both locally and globally, to support with bidding
- Building the roster of Producers and local crew
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Must have entrepreneurial character traits.
- Business and relationship building.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the Film Production, or advertising industry would be a preference
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to research for directors to add to the roster.
- Good understanding of budgeting.
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Proven experience in collaborating to create and deliver innovative and creative solutions both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in bidding and estimating, understanding of video pre-production and production, and post-production
- Knowledge of production techniques and processes, budgets, scheduling, and vendor management
- Ability to prioritize workloads and deadlines, evaluate and prepare project pricing, and determine project scope of work
