Description:
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in the beauty department of a retail store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs
- Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques
- Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Achieve personal and store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fluency in English and Arabic
