Job Description:
CASA, a renowned name in high-end finishing materials, is seeking a talented AutoCAD Draftsman 3D to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and precise 3D models and technical drawings of high-end home finishings. This role requires a strong background in design, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of high-end aesthetics and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3D Modeling and Drafting: Create accurate 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings, and interior layouts, ensuring compliance with design standards and client specifications.
- Conceptual Design Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and product developers to translate creative concepts into functional and detailed CAD drawings.
- Technical Detailing: Prepare detailed shop drawings for production, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and construction methods, ensuring a seamless transition from design to manufacturing.
- Design Revisions: Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback from design consultants, clients, or production teams, ensuring precision and alignment with CASA’s luxury standards.
- Material and Product Research: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate the latest trends, sustainable materials, and innovative technologies into designs.
- Site Visit: To make a detailed drawing, visit site and take measurements on site to make a detailed drawing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in the tiles and marble.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or other 3D modeling software. Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona) is a plus.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior layouts, and material selection, with an eye for elegance and detail.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings, ensuring that all dimensions, finishes, and specifications are correct.
- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance product design while maintaining the brand’s luxury essence.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
