Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for an Workshop In charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily activities of the workshop to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. The Workshop In charge will also be responsible for inventory management, budget preparation, and staff training and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in workshop management, inventory management, or a related field in KSA (Saudia Arabia).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of workshop tools,equipment, equipment maintenance & proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety policies, regulations, and procedures
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
