About the Company: It is an international financial advisory services company with focus on project and corporate financing, financial modeling, financial analysis, feasibility analysis, bankability assessment and policy reform.
Job Responsibilities:
o Interfacing with the clients/ Infrastructure Developers and Government Officials
o Understanding their requirements and expectations
o Understand contracts/agreements/engagement letters, terms etc.
o Drafting scope of work in contracts/agreements/engagement letters
o Willingness to learn and ability to work on project finance and advisory engagements and do financial modelling (in long term)
Required Skills:
o Strong knowledge and understanding of finance concepts
o Client handling
o Attention to detail for reviewing contracts
o French Speaking skills are preferred
o Willing to travel
· Years of experience – 3 to 4 Years
· Qualification – Bachelors/Masters in Finance (From premium institute only)
