Assistant Store Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager Assistant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role will provide key support in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Support in managing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
  • Help maintain store inventory, visual merchandising, and stock organization.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on products, customer service, and brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail or luxury fashion, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and motivate team members.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and a refined understanding of the luxury market.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must.
