Assistant Restaurant Manager

 

Description:

• Assist the general manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the catering, fine dining, and casual dining areas.

• Ensure high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

• Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food and beverages.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage expenses to meet budgetary targets.

• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.

• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an assistant manager in catering, fine dining, and casual dining establishments.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, food presentation, and wine pairing.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
