Candidate Background

  • College degree preferably specializing in hotel/ restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
  • 3-5 experience in manager position Banquets or Food & Beverage outlet.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
  • The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language + European languages preferred.
  • Availability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
