Candidate Profile:
- High school Diploma, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pump assembly, service, installation or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of assemblers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be based in KSA
Main accountabilities:
In addition to the below-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
- Ensure that pumps are assembled to meet the company's quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations. Ensure that quality control procedures are followed, monitor production output, and take corrective action when needed.
- Coordinate and manage assembly schedules to meet production demands. Work with production planning teams to ensure that pumps are assembled on time and meet customer delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels of parts and components needed for assembly. Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure an adequate supply of materials is available to meet production demands.
- Oversee the maintenance of assembly equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and safe to use. Work with maintenance teams to identify and resolve issues with equipment, and to ensure regular maintenance is performed to prevent breakdowns.
- Monitor and analyze assembly performance to identify areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to improve the assembly process and increase efficiency.
- Train and mentor assembly team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties. Provide guidance on safety procedures, quality control standards, and assembly processes.
- Identify and resolve assembly-related issues that arise during the assembly process. Take corrective action as needed, and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to improve the assembly process.
