Description:
Key responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute sales strategies and initiatives tailored for the KSA region, in accordance with company objectives and prevailing market trends.
• Take charge of and supervise the sales teams across multiple properties in KSA.
• Cultivate and nurture essential relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to propel sales and foster revenue growth.
• Evaluate market dynamics, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the KSA market.
• Assess and scrutinize sales performance, revenue metrics, and market data for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities that complement sales endeavors.
• Engage in negotiations for contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentorship, and ongoing improvement within the sales teams.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and strategic considerations.
• Ensure effective synchronization between sales efforts and revenue management for optimal pricing and inventory management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging trends impacting the KSA region.
