Responsibilities:

Promote the company's products and services and provide tailored solutions to potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals and deliver distinguished presentations based on client needs.

Coordinate with the operations team and work closely with other departments to ensure high-quality project execution.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including performance metrics, sales updates, and collections analysis.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction or architectural industry.

Proven experience in sales and client relationship management within the same field.

Owns a car and holds a valid driver’s license.

Resides in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong technical knowledge related to interior and exterior façade solutions is an advantage.
