Architectural Project Manager

Description:

Join our dynamic project team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as a Project Manager specializing in architectural engineering design, 3D modeling, smart cities, and virtual reality. This is a full-time position for a 6-month project, starting October 2024 and concluding in March 2025.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and team management.

- Oversee project budget, resources, and expenditures.

- Manage relationships with service providers and suppliers, ensuring effective integration of IoT devices, data platforms, simulation tools, and other essential components.

- Supervise design and software development teams to ensure adherence to standards and timely project execution.

- Engage with stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

- Provide detailed progress reports to senior management.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in related sectors.

- Proven experience managing government projects.

- Relevant project experience in IoT, smart cities, metaverse, digital simulation, or game development.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.

- Professional proficiency in English.

- PMP certification is preferred.
