Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter located in Riyadh Region. The Drafter will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, preparing and reviewing rough sketches and specifications, and collaborating with architects and engineers to develop design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in architectural drafting and design development
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to translate sketches and verbal instructions into technical drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Knowledge of 3D Modeling software such as SketchUp is a plus
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel)
