Key Responsibilities:
7+ years in Application Support (preferably banking)
24/7 On-Call Support for production issues & deployments
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
Application deployment, upgrades, rollbacks
Configuring app components (Java, Crystal Reports, TLS, etc.)
Working with Web Containers (Tomcat, JBOSS, WebSphere)
IIS Server troubleshooting & Linux RedHat deployments
DR activities: planning, testing, switching & synchronization
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
✅ Relevant certifications are a plus!
