• Collaborate with Business Owners, Business Users, PMIS Managers, IT Team, developers, and other team members to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate discussions, negotiate trade-offs, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus on architectural decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and refine architectural patterns, frameworks, and methodologies to improve solution quality and delivery efficiency.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders and project teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
