Description:

Seeking an experienced Consulting Engineer with 5–8 years of expertise in implementing and managing AppDynamics on-prem solutions, end-user monitoring, and application performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage AppDynamics platforms, including Browser RUM, Mobile Monitoring, and database monitoring.
Utilize deep technical skills in programming languages (e.g., Java, .Net, NodeJS, PHP) for solution customization.
Engage with clients to gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and deliver tailored solutions.
Present technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, providing actionable insights.
Qualifications:

Education: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent (advanced degree preferred).
Experience: 5–8 years in application performance management.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Certification: AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP) is mandatory.
