Apigee_integration Expert

Description:

-8+ years of experience in Apigee infrastructure management, API development, integration, and administration using Apigee Edge and Apigee X.
-Strong knowledge of Apigee Edge (Private Cloud), Apigee X, and hybrid deployments.
-Experience with Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
-Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (GKE), and cloud networking.
-Experience with backend integration of databases, microservices, cloud services, and on-premises systems.

Networking & Security : -
-Deep understanding of API security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, mTLS, WAF, and threat protection).
-Familiarity with firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and reverse proxy configurations.
-Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and multi-tenancy in cloud environments.

Cloud & DevOps : -
-Proficient in using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Deployment Manager for infrastructure automation.
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes (GKE, AKS, EKS).
-Familiarity with API analytics, logging, and monitoring tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Datadog).
-Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for scripting and automation.
Programming & Scripting : -
-Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Java for API customization.
-Familiarity with Apigee Edge extensions, custom policies, and scripting.

Preferred Qualifications: -
-Google Apigee Certification (Apigee API Engineer, Apigee Architect) is highly preferred.
-Experience with multi-cloud API management platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-Familiarity with other API management platforms, such as Kong, Mulesoft, or AWS API Gateway.
