Requirements:
✅️ Minimum of ten (10) years' progressive food preparation
✅️ Experience or completion of a culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship.
✅️ Experience in Mediterranean cuisine, Fine Dining, and 5* Hotel background.
✅️ Strong knowledge of grilled meats, gaucho grill, and open fire grilling.
✅️ Management skills are essential.
✅️ Solid restaurant background with good references and a stable track record.
✅️ Current employment preferred.
