We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Air Handling Unit Sales Application Engineer to join our dynamic team.

 

2. JOB OVERVIEW

 

As an Air Handling Unit Sales Application Engineer at Systemair KSA, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technology and our customers’ needs, combining your technical expertise with sales skills. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical AHU solutions, and ensure successful implementation of our products and services.

 

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Technical Expertise: Provide expertise on the technical aspects of the AHUs, guiding customers through its features and functionalities.

· Customer Needs Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, offering customized AHU solutions that align with their business goals and needs.

· Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team by combining technical insights with sales strategies to promote and sell AHUs effectively.

· Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of proposals and technical documentation, ensuring accurate representation of the application’s capabilities and benefits.

· Client Training: Provide training sessions to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of AHUs solutions.

· Troubleshooting: Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues, fostering positive customer experiences and satisfaction.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AHUs positioning and align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

· Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies.

· Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term customer success.

 

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field

· 3-5 years of HVAC experience in Saudi market, preferably as an AHU Sales Application Engineer.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

· Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

· Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and support
