Administrative Secretary Assistant

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Chairman of the company.

- Follow up with company managers within the group to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations with excellent presentation skills.

- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.

- Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.

- Conduct research and collect data as needed.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.

- Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- 10 years’ experience as an administrative secretary assistant or executive assistant.

- Excellent presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Fluency in English and Arabic.

- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
