Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to provide essential administrative and logistical support to the leadership team. You will be a crucial link in ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the leadership team's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the leadership team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, and track budgets and expenses for the communication team.
- Conduct research and gather information as requested by the leadership team.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, and liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the communication team while handling confidential information with professionalism.
What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting high-profile or senior-level executives.
- Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications; experience in the communication industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening and interpersonal savvy.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure.
