Administrative & Commercial Specialist

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the commercial and sales teams.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing emails.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, proposals, and client correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer accounts.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the commercial team.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate order placements.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update databases, filing systems, and other records.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and other financial administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Support in the development of business strategies, market analysis, and competitor research.
  • Manage commercial contracts, renewals, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or commercial roles (preferably 2+ years).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or ERP software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of commercial operations, supply chain management, and procurement is an advantage.
  • A proactive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working Environment:
  • This position is based in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings and events.
