Description:

We are seeking an individual to provide assistance in ensuring the needs of executives are met. This role requires exceptional research and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering reliable and accurate support to executives and management while handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Professionally greet and assist guests and clients.
  • Maintain records and file documents daily.
  • Assist in planning appointments and maintaining the executive’s agenda.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents securely.
  • Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Promote adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage office villa maintenance and coordinate with maintenance companies.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or diploma degree in Business Administration.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Computer software proficiency, including SAP or similar systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
