Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing phone calls.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for team members when necessary.
  • Data Entry: Input and update data in various systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the management team and other staff, conveying messages and information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
