Description:
Administration
- Provide administrative support to all MLP departments and staff members as required.
- Supervise MLP office supplies and requirements and coordinate among the team to
ensure availability of these requirements.
- Supervise Access platform and staff access cards based on MLP policies.
- Plan, manage, and escort MLP visitors and coordinate with related departments.
- Implement Administrative MAERSK policies and procedures.
- Distribute Internal mass communication and implement changes as required.
- Laisse with MAERSK HQ office as required for events & announcements.
- Handle and resolve internal and external complaints by coordinating with stakeholders.
Government relations
- Administer all related permits, license and registrations required for MLP functions.
Including Coordination With Other Departments To Fulfill Necessary Requirements.
- Participate in attending to related gov. authorities' meetings and stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor standards and procedures in accordance with local laws and
regulations.
- Ensure adherence to related local requirements by applying requirement checklists
provided by the authorities. And Address other requirements with related departments to
take necessary actions.
Event Management
- Organize internal events in coordination with all related persons.
- Participate in external events and represent MLP.
