Administration
 

  • Perform daily administrative operations as per department goals and requirements.
  • Receive, record, and distribute MLP department requirements such as supplies and access cards.
  • Coordinate any requirements for external visitors and implement them.
  • Receive administrative requests and report them to related personal. Including coordination with HQ staff.
  • Communicate and impalement local laws and regulations related to MLP activities.
  • Distribute internal communications as required.
  • Keep record and control documents related to the administration department and related license and permits.
  • Act as department ambassadors to all other MLP departments.
     

Government Relations
 

  • Ensure required permits and license are up to date and properly monitored.
  • Administer Gov. Related contracts related to MLP.
  • Attend to gov. Authorities as required to ensure efficient communication and adherence to requirements and Submit documents as required.
