Description:
Administration
- Perform daily administrative operations as per department goals and requirements.
- Receive, record, and distribute MLP department requirements such as supplies and access cards.
- Coordinate any requirements for external visitors and implement them.
- Receive administrative requests and report them to related personal. Including coordination with HQ staff.
- Communicate and impalement local laws and regulations related to MLP activities.
- Distribute internal communications as required.
- Keep record and control documents related to the administration department and related license and permits.
- Act as department ambassadors to all other MLP departments.
Government Relations
- Ensure required permits and license are up to date and properly monitored.
- Administer Gov. Related contracts related to MLP.
- Attend to gov. Authorities as required to ensure efficient communication and adherence to requirements and Submit documents as required.
