Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal-Admin Officer at WASF Company. The role involves general administration tasks, communication with clients and colleagues, providing administrative assistance, offering customer service support, and utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting and organizing legal documents (briefs, contracts, case files)
- Prepare and organize client meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-ups
- Assist in drafting legal correspondence and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage court hearings, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication with court officials
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office operations, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for executives
- Support shared services activities, including HR, procurement, finance, and IT, by assisting with legal documentation and compliance
- Monitor internal stakeholder performance based on KPIs and prepare relevant reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Administrative Officer, or in a similar hybrid role
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Arabic and English Language is a must.
- Experience in supporting shared services activities is a plus
