Key Responsibilities:
Application Development: Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Oracle ADF, WebCenter Suite, BPM, and Java/J2EE technologies.
Middleware Management: Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Middleware components, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
WebLogic Administration: Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.
Integration: Develop and manage integrations using Oracle BPM and other middleware components.
Reporting Solutions: Design and develop reports using JasperReports, ensuring accurate and efficient data representation.
Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and robust system performance.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including architects, database administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Code Quality & Standards: Ensure all code adheres to best practices, maintaining high-quality standards and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, ADF, WebCenter Suite, BPM, Jasper, WebLogic, and Java/J2EE.

Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Oracle ADF for building robust and scalable applications.
Experience with Oracle WebCenter Suite for content and portal solutions.
Hands-on expertise in Oracle BPM for workflow and process automation.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE for back-end development.
Experience with WebLogic Server administration and deployment.
Knowledge of JasperReports for creating and managing reporting solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior developers when necessary.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and cloud-based deployments.
Knowledge of other Oracle Middleware products and emerging technologies.
