Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at ALMOE Group of Companies in Riyadh. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks, including managing accounts, preparing financial statements, reconciling invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Recording of bank receipts and payments in the system
• Creation of payment vouchers and recording them properly in the system.
• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple banks.
• Perform reconciliations for intercompany transactions.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Maintaining accounts receivable
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Managing Inventory and sending Ageing Inventory Reports regularly to the respective persons

Qualifications

• Experience in financial record maintenance, invoice processing, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and coordination skills
• Accounting System (EPICOR)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus

The candidate must be currently based in Riyadh with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in KSA.

Proficiency in speaking and reading Arabic is an advantage.

The candidate must have a transferable Iqama
