Description:
STRATEGIC INITIATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including banks, title companies, etc. that will support and grow the business
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends
- Creating new accounting procedures/operations to prepare and manage fast growing entity and the evolving business structure.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a strong and organized leader with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate in Accountancy, +2 years experience in accounting function, preferably AP function
- Experience in job cost accounting and financial reporting
- Must understand different mode of Project Financing including LCs
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and/or finance required
- ERP SAP experience is preferred
