Job Description:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and

growing our most important client relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact

between our organization and our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and our

products/services continue to meet their expectations. Your role will involve a combination of

relationship management, sales strategy, and customer satisfaction

 

  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Analyze key account performance and develop action plans to maximize account

potential.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business.

• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role in Marketing Agency.

• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
