Academy Administrator/head Of Academy

Description:

We are currently hiring for a Academy Administrator/Head of Academy. The ideal candidate would have strong retail academy based experienced and trained team members across retail departments for KSA market.

Candidates who have also worked with government based clients in KSA would be ideal for the role.

Key Aspects of the Role:
-Leadership Experience: Must have experience setting up academies and leading teams.
-Government Relations: Strong connections with ministries and government bodies are essential, as securing government funding is part of the role.
-Team Leadership: Will lead a team of 10 trainers (not conducting training themselves but overseeing it).
-Expansion Focus: Should bring experience expanding academies from Riyadh to other regions within KSA.
